What does a HubSpot integration with Fortnox or Visma cost?

Short answer
A HubSpot integration with Fortnox, Visma or Monitor costs from a few thousand SEK for a simple automation in Make up to SEK 50,000-200,000 for custom-built middleware with two-way sync. The price is not set by which business system you have. It is set by how clean your data is, how many objects need to be synced and whether you have decided what applies when the systems contradict each other.
Why nobody wants to give you a price
Ask the question "what does a HubSpot integration with Fortnox cost" to five suppliers and you get five variations of "it depends". That is not because they are trying to dodge you. It is because most of them genuinely do not know until they have seen your data, and the ones who throw out a fixed price before they have done so are the ones you should be most wary of.
We have built integrations with Fortnox, Visma e-conomic, Monitor, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Jeeves, Lime, Upsales, Litium, Shopify, Liveforce, Dataløn and Ticketmaster. The pattern is the same every time: the connection itself is rarely the problem.
What does an integration with Fortnox cost?
Fortnox has an open API and is technically easy to talk to. What drives the price is instead how you handle customers. If the same customer exists as three different records in HubSpot and two in Fortnox, with different organisation numbers and different spellings, then an integration is not what you need first. It is a data cleanup.
We have seen a HubSpot-Fortnox connection that cost SEK 380,000 and still never worked as intended. The money did not go to API calls. It went to guessing its way to a data model that nobody had decided on.
What does an integration with Visma cost?
Visma e-conomic has ready-made connectors on the market that cover the basic case: customer in, invoice out. That is enough for many. It is not enough when you want order history, credit status and product lines in HubSpot so that sales can see what the customer has actually bought. Then you end up with a custom layer between the systems.
What does an integration with Monitor cost?
Monitor is usually found at manufacturing companies, and there the object structure is heavier: articles, structures, work orders. The more object types that need to be synced, the closer to the top of the range you end up. It is not a penalty fee for having chosen Monitor. It is a consequence of having more data that matters.
The three levels
1. Automation, a few thousand SEK
A flow in Make or equivalent that moves data in one direction. A new order in Shopify creates a deal in HubSpot. Quick to build, cheap to own. Cannot handle volume and handles no conflicts.
2. Ready-made connector
An existing connector to, for example, Fortnox or Business Central. Works when your case is close to what the connector was built for. Works worse as soon as you have custom fields, custom processes or many years of messy history.
3. Custom-built middleware, SEK 50,000-200,000
Your own layer between the systems with full control over the data model, conflict rules and error handling. The most expensive to build, the cheapest to live with when the business is complex.
What you should do before you request a quote
Decide three things: who owns the customer, what happens with duplicates, and what applies when HubSpot says one thing and the business system another. If you have the answers, the quotes become comparable. If you do not, they become guesses, and someone else has to pay for the guess. Usually you.
