What the work looked like for three clients

Indivd · Quoting inside HubSpot

Hundreds of stores in one quote

Context
Indivd sells store analytics to retail chains where no two stores buy the same setup. Quoting a large network meant several documents, assembled and kept in sync by hand.
What we built
A configurable quote inside HubSpot. The seller configures once, and the quote prices each store on its own terms, on a HubSpot licence without CPQ.
Result
One document per deal instead of several, with every store priced on its own terms.
5 to 500stores a single quote is built to cover. This describes what the quote can handle, not a measured sales result.

Swedish B2B · Portal and ERP

One customer entry, three systems in step

Context
HubSpot was meant to be where customers start, but the B2B portal on Litium and the ERP, Business Central, had no connection to it.
What we built
A two-way integration. The seller sends a company to the portal from a card in HubSpot, and changes made in the portal come back with who made them.
Result
Approved in full by the client after three validation sessions in one week.
1place a customer is entered. The portal and the ERP receive it from HubSpot.

Nordic BIM Group · HubSpot Enterprise

Three brands on one platform

Context
Three companies in three countries were becoming one company and one brand, each with its own customer data and systems.
What we built
HubSpot Enterprise implemented end to end, data migrated from existing CRM systems such as FileMaker, several e‑commerce platforms integrated, and a learning platform built inside HubSpot.
Result
A single digital platform that unites the three brands.
3 to 1brands on one shared HubSpot platform, in three countries.

Problems we help solve

It worked. Then it grew.

Another workflow. Another property. Another workaround. Each made sense at the time. Together, they make HubSpot harder to use and harder to trust.

Reports don’t agree

What it costs the businessSales, marketing and management look at the same business and see different numbers, so meetings start with arguing about the data.

What changesOne definition per metric, and reports built on fields people can explain.

Handoffs get missed

What it costs the businessLeads wait without an owner, or reach sales without the context they need, and nobody sees it until the pipeline is thin.

What changesClear ownership rules, and a handoff that happens the same way every time.

Work is done by hand

What it costs the businessPeople export, copy and re-enter data between systems every week, and the CRM is only as current as the last person who did it.

What changesThe workarounds removed, and the integrations your team actually needs built.

How we work · CRM Reduction

Simplify what gets in the way. Strengthen what works.

We call our approach CRM Reduction: understanding your setup, removing unnecessary complexity and making the essential processes easier to run. Sometimes that means removing a workflow. Sometimes it means building the integration your team needs.

Illustrative example · a lead’s path from first touch to reporting

Unclear dependencies make change harder. First, map what is there.

    1. 1

      Understand

Map how your system works, how your team uses it, and where complexity is costing you.

You receiveA clear picture of your system and its dependencies.

    2. 2

      Reduce

Challenge what’s there. Retire the redundant. Simplify the essential. Protect what works.

You receiveA prioritised view of what to keep, simplify, connect or retire.

    3. 3

      Clarify

Give every process a purpose, every metric a meaning, and your team a system they can use.

You receiveA practical direction for what comes next.

    HubSpot integrations

Every customer answer. One place in HubSpot.

Orders, invoices, tickets and contracts stay in the systems that own them and show up on the HubSpot record your team already opens. No more tabs, and no more debate about which number is right.

Illustrative example · one question before a renewal call

    • 1version of the numbers. Sales, finance and management read the same revenue, straight from the system that owns it.
    • ~4 hback per person, every week. That is the time people lose switching between apps to find an answer.Harvard Business Review (opens in a new tab)
    • 0orders typed twice. In one client’s HubSpot a deal creates its own order in the ERP, and the status comes back to the deal on its own.

What we work on in HubSpot

The platform is only part of the picture. We look at the processes, decisions and people around it. AI builds on the same foundation: clear processes and trusted data first, then decide where it can actually help.

    • CRM architecture & data
    • Sales & marketing operations
    • Workflows & automation
    • Reporting & governance
    • Integrations & system boundaries

    • Signal-based prospecting
    Signal-based prospecting

Your buyer moves first. The CRM should notice.

A new operations lead starts. A target account opens your pricing page for the third time in a week. A company posts four job ads for the work your product removes. Those moments decide whether outbound lands or gets ignored. We build the layer that watches for them, checks them against your own data, and turns them into a short list of accounts with a reason to call, inside HubSpot, where your team already works.

Illustrative example · one week of signals for a Nordic B2B team

Volume is not the product. The shortlist is: nine accounts a rep can call knowing exactly why.

    What we connect
    • Clay enrichment & research
    • Baseloop GTM workflows on HubSpot
    • HubSpot visits, intent, scoring
    • Your product & billing data first-party
    • Job, hiring & funding sources public

In one client’s HubSpot this runs from a button on the record itself: it sends the record for enrichment, waits, and writes the result back on the same screen. Nothing to export, nothing new for the team to learn.

    What changes for you
    • Your team works fewer accounts. Every one of them has a reason someone can say out loud on the first call.
    • Outbound stops depending on the morning. The list is there whether or not anyone feels like prospecting today.
    • One system answers for it. Meetings that started from a signal land in the reports you already use, so you can see which signals pay and stop paying for the ones that don’t.
Start with a CRM Reduction Audit

Know what to fix first in HubSpot.

Start with a focused review of the part of your CRM that is causing the most friction. We agree the scope before the work begins.

    1. A 30-minute call with Nils. Bring one reporting gap, broken handoff or recurring manual task. You leave knowing whether a scoped review makes sense.
    2. A scope you agree to. If it does, we agree which part of HubSpot the audit covers, and what it costs, before anything starts.
    3. The audit itself. We work through that scope and hand over what we found and what to do about it.
    What the audit gives you
    • A clear picture of your system.
    • A prioritised view of what to simplify.
    • A practical direction for what comes next.

Scope and pricing agreed after we understand your system.

    The people doing the work

Senior people scope the work. Senior people do the work.

Good simplification takes judgement: understanding the trade-offs and seeing the whole business. The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work.

    Practical questions

    Before you book

What happens on the 30-minute call?
You talk with Nils about one problem you bring: a reporting gap, a broken handoff or a recurring manual task. We’ll discuss the problem and whether a scoped review is the right next step. Booking the call does not commit you to an audit.
What is a CRM Reduction Audit?
A focused review of the part of your HubSpot that causes the most friction. We map how that part works and how your team uses it, then hand over a prioritised view of what to keep, simplify, connect or retire, and a practical direction for what comes next. Nothing in your HubSpot is changed unless you decide to go ahead.
    Who is the audit for?
Nordic B2B companies on HubSpot whose setup grew one workflow, property and workaround at a time, and now feels harder to use and harder to trust than it should.
How are scope and price agreed?
After we understand your system, and before the work begins. The audit covers the part of HubSpot causing the most friction, not everything at once.
What does a HubSpot implementation cost in Sweden?
Our pricing guide puts a typical HubSpot implementation in Sweden at SEK 50,000 to 350,000 depending on scope, plus HubSpot licences. A basic setup usually costs SEK 50,000 to 150,000 and takes 2 to 4 weeks. The audit is scoped and priced separately. Read the pricing guide
Do you also implement what the audit recommends?
We can. The same people who scope the work do the work, from retiring workflows to building integrations, as in the client work above.
Can you connect HubSpot to our ERP or e-commerce platform?
Yes. We have built integrations between HubSpot and systems such as Fortnox, Visma e-conomic, Monitor, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Jeeves, Lime, Upsales, Litium, Shopify and Liveforce, from simple automations to custom middleware with two-way sync. More about HubSpot integrations
    Who will we work with?
Nils Munk Wirell on commercial strategy and scope, and Matheus Lopes on implementation and integrations. No handover to a junior team.
    Do you work outside Sweden?
Yes. We work with B2B companies across the Nordics, in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, in English or Swedish.
    Are you a HubSpot partner?
Yes. Purasu is a HubSpot Gold Partner, based in Gothenburg. If you are comparing partners, our guide lists the questions worth asking first. How to choose a HubSpot partner
